3MW series wind turbine generator set

    The SL3000 series wind turbine adopts a mature and reli¥able doubly fed power generation technology route and a compεact transmission chain, with multiple innovations suc♦h as self maintenance of offshore large components, salt spr¥ay corrosion prevention, and modular design on land. The impeller diameter ✔covers 90/105/113/121/130/137/141/146m, and the hub center height is 80/90/95/100/110m, which c≠an meet the installation needs of various areas such as land, sea, and intertidal zones. The serie↑s of units have been certified by GL, China Jianheng, and otπher authoritative certification agencies both domestically and internat×ionally.

     After years of batch operation and testing, the SL3000 series units have matuδre and reliable technology, and operate stably and efficiently.

     Based on the massive operating data and experience of the first and second genera§tion SL3000 series wind turbines, the overall layout, system structure , intelligent control, power generation performance, and¥ other aspects of the turbines have been comprehensively‌ optimized and improved. A new third-generation SL3000/14X series large >blade diameter wind turbine product platform has been launched.

Spindle system

Compact main transmission chain scheme;

Impeller

Variable pitch system

Supercapacitors serve as backup power sources, with low temperature resistance and fast re→sponse speed;

The pitch control system is installed inside the wheel hub, with good lightning protection φand sealing effects.

Generator

Efficient water-cooled generator with small size;

Adopting insulation end caps and multi-point groundin↕g technologies to eliminate the influence of shaft current;

The cooling system adopts natural air cooling, which consumes less poweφr, produces less noise, requires less maintenance, and has strong wind and s↓and resistance.

Anti corrosion

The offshore unit adopts a cabin micro positive pre<ssure system to prevent salt spray intrusion;

Multi stage filtration system efficiently separates salt spray.

Repair the crane

The offshore unit is equipped with a large component self maintenance system, which &significantly reduces maintenance costs.

Tower foundation layout

The main electrical equipment such as frequency converters and swi♥tchgear are placed on the foundation platform of the tower, effectively isolating the vibrati¥on of the unit and facilitating maintenance;

The frequency converter adopts a water system, which is efficient and reliable.
